Pidwise

Terms of service

The agreement between you and Cleo Wangayi when you install Pidwise. Plain words, nothing hidden.

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who you are agreeing with

Pidwise is provided by Cleo Wangayi, 3 3rd Street, Westview, Kadoma, Zimbabwe. Installing the app means you accept these terms. Contact: dev@watacle.com.

2. What the app does, and what it does not

The app checks your product data against the product identifiers EU customs declarations need from 1 November 2026 (the SKU, the supplier reference and the GTIN or Y081), together with HS code and country of origin, and helps you fix it. It tags EU orders and can export a file for your carrier or broker.

It does not file customs declarations, calculate duty or VAT, or give customs or legal advice. The checks follow the European Commission's published guidance and your carrier's requirements as we understand them, and some details are still to be confirmed by the Commission. You and your declarant remain responsible for what is declared. A variant marked ready is a variant whose data passes these checks, not a guarantee that a shipment will clear customs.

3. Plans and billing

Charges are made through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. The current plans are shown in the app under Settings. In short: the first scan and the dashboard are free; Audit is a one-time charge; Monitor is a monthly subscription with a free trial. You can upgrade, or cancel Monitor, at any time from Settings without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge. Refunds follow Shopify's billing rules; if something went wrong, write to us and we will make it right.

The price you subscribe at is the price you keep unless we tell you at least 30 days before a change.

4. Your data

Your store data stays yours. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Fair use

Use the app for your own store. Do not try to reach another shop's data, overload the service, or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you first.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, delayed or refused shipments, or duties and fines. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
